midlife crisis Sep 30, 2019
Do you wonder if you are in a midlife crisis but you are 25, not 45?
What about a midlife crisis at 60?
In this episode of #midlifeinaminute The Midlife Guy discussed the age range when you can be in a midlife crisis.
Watch this episode below.
The Midlife Guy raises a good point with regard to the word 'crisis'. Is that word a little negative? Too harsh? should we use other words like 'change' or 'transformation'?
For each of us, deciding when a 'slump' becomes a 'crisis' is going to be different for each of us. There is no central authority to tell you when you have crossed the line from 'blues' to 'crisis'.
If '1' is my life couldn't be better, and '10' is that it couldn't be worse, then what number between those would you say your situation becomes a crisis?
Have your say on the rating scale below:
If your number for your life right now is higher than you'd like it, then I have a couple of questions for you?
1 / what would you like it to be (between 0 and 10)?
2 / why isn't it there now?
3/ what is your plan to get it there?
4/ what resources can you draw upon that you are not fully using right now to help?
5/ what is your first step?, and
6/ when are you going to take it?
Maybe your next step should be more knowledge of where you are at and why. If this seems like you, then you should check out my free 1 hour webinar.
